1. Add the melted butter to a larger bowl in which the blueberry chocolate muffins will be prepared.

2. Immediately add sugar and vanilla sugar. Instead of vanilla sugar, you can also add vanilla flavor (vanilla extract).

3. Mix well by hand for two minutes, then add eggs and cold milk and continue to mix until all the wet ingredients are combined.

4. In a separate bowl, mix the smooth flour, baking powder, and salt to get the dry ingredients.

5. Now gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones while stirring at the same time to get a compact and uniform muffin mixture.

6. Immediately add dark chocolate previously cut into small pieces and fresh blueberries to the resulting mixture.

7. TIP: As I wrote in the introduction, instead of blueberries, you can use some other similar seasonal fruit, and you can add frozen, so you do not need to defrost it before use.

8. Arrange in paper molds for muffins. This amount is for 12 large muffins.

9. TIP: If you have, feel free to place two muffin molds. I have better experiences when muffins start to separate from the mold. Namely, nothing sticks.

10. Muffins with blueberries and chocolate are baked for 20 minutes at 180 C. I do not use a fan.

11. And Muffins With Blueberries and Chocolate are ready to serve with powdered sugar on the top (optional)
