1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller cubes in a pot and add salt.

2. Pour 4.5 dl of water into the salted potatoes.

3. In another pot, add parboiled rice, a pinch of salt, and 1 dl of water.

4. As soon as both are cooked, cover the rice and remove from the heat and continue to cook the potatoes for another 5 minutes, then remove from the heat.

5. TIP: The rice is not cooked yet, but when covered, it will absorb water and will be just right later when you need it.

6. Clean the squids as shown in the video recipe, to get the legs and squid for stuffing.

7. Finely chop the tentacles for the filling.

8. Add extra virgin olive oil and finely chopped garlic, leaves, and parsley root to a hot pan.

9. Simmer very briefly, only 10-15 seconds, then add the previously chopped squid tentacles and continue for another minute (no longer than that).

10. Add rice over everything (the rice that has been standing for about 20-30 minutes and now is exactly as it should be). Simmer for 2 minutes, add a little pepper if desired, and remove from the heat.

11. Stuff the squid by stuffing it with a small teaspoon of rice with the tentacles and add half a cheese triangle. Close with a toothpick.

12. TIP: You can use cheese triangles of any manufacturer with different flavors (e.g., chives, mushrooms, ham, peppers, etc.).

13. Add extra virgin olive oil and garlic to a hot pan and mix very briefly.

14. Add thawed chard (can also use fresh) and continue to simmer for 2 minutes.

15. Now pour the potatoes from the beginning of the recipe together with the water where it was cooked. Add parsley leaves, pepper, and if desired, some nutmeg and minimal spice mixture.

16. Continue to cook for the next 7-8 minutes, i.e., until the desired density.

17. Fry squid on a grill pan or in a pan with a little oil on both sides very briefly. As soon as it starts to burst, the stuffed squid with rice, cheese triangles, and tentacles is done and ready to serve.

18. Put chard with potatoes and squid in a plate and pour a mixture of olive oil, garlic, chopped parsley leaves, and a little lemon juice over them.
