Puff Pastry Stuffed With Prosciutto and Mushrooms Recipe. Watch the video recipe at the bottom of the page, bellow the written recipe
1. Fry the prosciutto with garlic for a few minutes in a little oil.
2. Add the champignons and continue frying for a few more minutes, then remove from the heat.
3. Thinly roll out the melted pastry, to be only a few millimeters thick and into the shape of a rectangle or cube. Cut the middle into a form of a circle according to the instructions in the video recipe, and place it on baking paper.
4. Add the previously prepared stuffing, pour in a little cooking cream, add some cheese, and cover with the second part of the puff pastry, which you cut in the same way as the first part.
5. Coat with whisked egg and sprinkle with some seeds. I put sunflower seeds.
6. Use the leftovers from the dough to wrap some hot dogs or sausages and place them on the same baking paper with puff pastry stuffed with prosciutto and mushrooms.
7. Use a brush and a little water to coat the hot dogs to crumble less after baking.
8. Puff pastry stuffed with prosciutto and mushrooms is baked at 220 C for 20 minutes (I don’t use the oven fan).
