A Beer Platter Quattro for more Guests Recipe. Watch the video recipe at the bottom of the page, bellow the written recipe
1. Slice the chicken breast and add salt, prepare squid, shrimp, ham, and cheese.
2. TIP: Use Emmentaler cheese because it is less soluble. Or some other (e.g., home-cooked, maybe smoked) but also insoluble cheese.
3. Add beer, egg, salt, and smooth flour to the bowl and mix it well.
4. Repeat the same procedure with the same amount in another container.
5. Separate approximately one-third of each dish and place it in a smaller container.
6. Now put chicken breasts in a larger bowl, put the squid in another larger bowl with the beer batter mixture, and in the other two smaller containers add the ham and cheese and prawns.
7. Add another 30g of the same flour to the squid mixture as they release liquid, so the mixture is no longer thick.
8. Mix everything well and fry according to the video recipe’s instructions on medium heat.
9.TIP: As I showed towards the end of the video, you can also use turkey breasts.
10. Serve on an oval plate with arranged lettuce and mini tomatoes.
