Quick dinner with puff pastry recipe. Watch the video recipe at the bottom of the page, bellow the written recipe:
1. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface very thin, to only a few millimeters.
2. Cut a circle.
3. Use the outer remains of the puff pastry to wrap the hot dogs.
4. Further, in the recipe, you can use a round mold (coat the mold with water before use), or transfer the dough only to baking paper.
5. Stuff as desired, I have put the pizza filling.
6. Cover with another piece of dough, twist and press the edges.
7. Pierce with a fork and coat with water.
8. Bake for about 20 minutes at 220 C.
9. And a quick dinner with puff pastry is done and ready to serve.
