1. Chop the frozen spinach with a fork or knife to melt it a bit.
2. Add salt and cheese and stir.
3. Add a little water, oil, and smooth flour to the egg and knead the dough.
4. Roll out on a lightly floured surface in a relatively thin circle, about 1 millimeter thick.
5. Arrange only a third of the filling but not to the end of the outer edges, just as shown in the video recipe.
6. Cut the middle into a cross and roll from the inside out.
7. Cut off a piece and wrap as if preparing a cheese pie.
8. Transfer to a smaller 20′ round pan and press lightly with your hands.
9. Pour over the rest (two thirds) of the cheese and spinach mixture and close with foil.
10. Homemade cannelloni with spinach and cheese are baked for 25 minutes at 220 C (I do not use a fan).
11. After that, take the cannelloni out, remove the foil, add some grated cheese, and return to the oven for ten minutes at the same temperature.
